The specialized therapy that I provide requires a certain amount of time, per session, based on the goals set for the client. I do my best to keep all appointments on schedule.

 

Please understand that you should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment, to allow for short discussion and time to prepare for therapy.

I require a minimum of a 24-hour notice. If you are unable to cancel within that time, the card I have on file will be charged full price for the scheduled session.  If for some reason you are going to be late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule.

This policy is in place in order to continue to provide adequate care to all of my clients.

Chronic tardiness will result in prepayment for sessions.
